The British boxer will face the American YouTuber in an eight-round contest which will be broadcast in real-time on Netflix.
Briton Anthony Joshua said he will "stamp all over" Jake Paul and "break" the American as the combatants came face-to-face to publicize next month's heavyweight fight.
Ex two time unified heavyweight champion Joshua faces social media star turned fighter Jake Paul - in what is, on paper, a mammoth mismatch - at Miami's arena on December 19th.
Fighter's Mentality
"I'm going to injure his face and break his body up. My goal is to show my superiority," the British boxer, 35 years old, said.
"I'll stamp all over him. That's the boxer's mindset.
"I will seriously aim to injure him. That's my goal."
Civil Exchange
In spite of those words, a calm Joshua and social media star Paul - typically recognized for his showmanship - exchanged pleasantries and maintained decorum with each other.
Jake Paul instead attacked former Joshua opponent Francis Ngannou and labeled him "ridiculous" after Ngannou declined a match opportunity.
Taking Aim at Fury
Joshua, meanwhile, took aim at British opponent Fury - and declined a £1m bet 'The Gypsy King' claims he will make on a Paul victory.
"[Paul] is better than Tyson Fury - he's actually sitting here," the boxer stated.
"I acknowledge that."
Legitimate Fighter
Despite stating he plans to damage his opponent, Anthony Joshua refused to comment unfavorably about his rival's boxing ability.
"Jake Paul is a legitimate boxer," he stated.
Paul's Background
Paul - who initially became famous on the television network - has primarily fought MMA fighters or declining opponents since entering professional boxing.
He lost to British fighter Tommy Fury in 2023.
